Is it really free?

Yes, for now. Brinion is early and there is no billing in the product — nothing can charge you. In return we ask for honest feedback on what's wrong or missing.

What happens when early access ends?

You'll hear well before anything changes, and nothing will start charging without you actively agreeing to it. Early users will be looked after on price.

Do I need to change my PMS?

No. Brinion reads a reservations export from whatever you already use, and works out the column names itself. Nothing to migrate, nothing to install.

How much history do I need?

Dashboards work from whatever you import. Forecasts get meaningfully better after a full year, because each period is compared against the same period in previous years. With less, confidence is labelled lower rather than hidden.

Who owns my data?

You do. It isn't sold or shared, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
