Resources
For people who run hotels rather than study them. No jargon for its own sake, no gated PDFs.
Three things decide whether to act on one: how much history it's based on, whether that history covers the same season, and what the confidence label says.
For a seasonal property, recent months say little about the season ahead. The same period in previous years says far more.
What matters: check-in, check-out, room type, a revenue figure, and booking status. Column names don't — those get matched for you.
Pick one room type, follow it for a few weeks, and compare against what you'd have charged anyway. You'll have evidence either way.
